This economical pillbox contains 180 tablets, each containing 1.9 mg of melatonin. It provides 180 nights' sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

How to use it
Take one tablet in the evening, with a large glass of Water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
