FilmTec(R) Melatonin is a food supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6, Chamomile and Lavender, with sweeteners. It is formulated without gluten or lactose. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime). Melatonin FilmTec(R) comes in the form of an orodispersible film consisting of an ultra-thin strip. Once placed on the tongue, the film dissolves in a few seconds.

How to use it
FilmTec® Melatonin is available for use in adults. It is advisable to take one orodispersible film 30 minutes before going to bed, unless otherwise indicated by a doctor.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Maltodextrin; water; humectants: glycerol (E422), sorbitol (E420); wild berry flavouring; dried extract of Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.); dried extract of Lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia Miller); firming agent: copolymer of vinyl acetate and polyvinylpyrrolidone (E1208); vitamin B12 flowers (Lavandula angustifolia Miller); firming agent: copolymer of vinyl acetate and polyvinylpyrrolidone (E1208); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); melatonin; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); acidifier: citric acid (E330); sweeteners: sucralose (E955), sodium cyclamate (E952), acesulfame K (E950).
