How to use it
Do not use the product more than 20 minutes at a time. Wait at least 20 minutes before applying again.
COLD: place the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Wrap the pouch with a clean tissue before use.
HOT: the bag must be at room temperature before use. Place the bag in the center of a clean microwave oven. Warm up for 10 seconds at 700W or 5 seconds at 1000W If the temperature is still not optimal, renew the operation in intervals of 5 seconds, without exceeding 25 seconds.
Precautions: Do not overheat or leave unattended while heating. Attention: after heating, the bag can be very hot: to avoid a burn, put the pocket aside, until it reaches a temperature that your skin can tolerate. Frequently check the condition of the skin during use. Do not use in hypersensitivity of the skin when warm or cold. Do not use for other than intended use. For external use only. Do not leave within the reach of children or pets. Do not use if the bag is damaged or torn. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and consult a doctor.
