It is important to follow these instructions carefully to avoid any risks to your baby's health:

- Prepare the bottle just before feeding.
- Once prepared, it is advisable to consume the bottle within half an hour.
- After feeding, if your baby has not drunk everything, throw away the rest of the bottle without hesitation.
- Do not re-use the can to store food.

How do you prepare a bottle?

1. Always wash your hands and work surface before preparing the bottle.
2. Pour the required amount of cold water (Evian or bottled water recommended by your doctor) into a sterilised feeding bottle.
3. Use only the measuring spoon inside the can. Add the corresponding number of measuring spoons, using the rim of the can to remove any excess. Replace the measuring spoon under the lid and close the can by pressing on the centre of the lid.
4. Close the bottle using the sealing disc and screw on the plastic ring. Agita for 10 seconds horizontally then 10 seconds vertically, without rolling the bottle between your hands.
5. Unscrew slightly and allow to cool if you wish, then shake the bottle again. Remove the sealing disc and plastic ring and fit the teat. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
6. After feeding, clean the bottle and accessories with soapy water. Rinse everything thoroughly with clean Water and then sterilise the whole unit. Store the sterilised bottle closed.

How much should you give your Baby?

The dosage and frequency of feeding are given as a guide only.

During the first 2 weeks of life, refer to medical advice.
Always use 1 scoop of powder in 30ml of Water.
