The Bach flower, called Oak in English, comes from the oak, a species of tree found throughout the northern hemisphere. It is found from the coldest latitudes to tropical Asia. Oaks are genetically highly polymorphic, which explains their great adaptability. Its great strength also enables it to produce shoots from buds that have lain dormant for many years. The oak is a fast-growing tree that can reach several dozen metres in height.
With a single straight trunk, it represents strength and nobility. Its leaves are lobed with rounded tips for the white oak and pointed tips for the red oak. It produces acorns containing a seed which, depending on the species, can take between 6 and 18 months to ripen. The oak is a tree that easily exceeds 500 years of age and is home to many species of insect. Même after its death, the oak continues to feed them. It is often referred to as a biodiversity hotspot.

How to use it
Fleurs de Bach® Original are taken orally.
2 drops in a glass of Water or on the tongue 4 times a day.
