A dietary supplement based on fish oil, minerals, vitamins, melatonin and S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe).
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and reduce the effects of jet lag**.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.
*Beneficial effect obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin before bedtime.
**Beneficial effect obtained by consuming at least 0.5mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
