NovoForm Energy Vitality contains essential Vitamins as well as Magnesium and Zinc:

Magnesium contributes to normal energy Metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce fatigue.
Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, helps reduce fatigue, protects cells against oxidative stress and plays a part in the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin E helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.
Group B consists of 8 vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12. Vitamins in the B group contribute mainly to normal energy metabolism.
Zing contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, protection of cells against oxidative stress and normal cognitive function.

Assimilation - Tolérance :

The choice of organic salts: good digestive tolerance and improved bioavailability for minerals.
Chronobiology: intake in the morning and evening to limit interactions and optimise assimilation and synergies.
Vitamin C: taken in the morning.
Magnesium, here in 3 organic salts for optimum absorption: take in the morning and evening (split) for greater efficiency throughout the day.
