The formula is completed by a synergy of 6 Vitamins and 4 Minerals, with an extra dose of Magnesium to support the nervous system and help reduce fatigue. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in hormonal activity. Chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Magnesium and zinc help keep bones strong.
Hair , which is often weakened during the menopause, is also kept in good health thanks to zinc and selenium.
