Copper and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 also help the nervous system to function normally. Iron helps transport Oxygen around the body and helps reduce fatigue. Creatine, a precursor of ATP, provides the energy needed for muscle fibres to return to rest.

How to use it
Take 3 capsules a day with a large glass of Water, in a single dose. Take for 10 days, then repeat if necessary.
