Troubled sleep? Fatigue? Nervous? To put an end to sleepless nights and get back to restful sleep, Nutreov laboratories have developed a triple-layered tablet for prolonged release: Optinuit® Plus. 1st layer: Provides 1.9 mg of melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and continues to be released throughout the night. It is combined with calming lemon balm and vitamin B6, which helps to regulate hormonal activity. The 2nd layer: Contains lemon balm for optimal relaxation and the maintenance of physiological, restorative, quality sleep. The 3rd layer: Combines hawthorn and horehound to reduce nervousness in the event of sleep disorders, and rhodiola for stress-induced problems falling asleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

How to use it
Take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime with a glass of Water.

DC. - Thickener: xanthan gum - Dried horehound flowering top extract Ballota nigra L. - Concentrate (radish, apple and blackcurrant) - Thickener: gum arabic - Anticaking agents: magnesium carbonate and stearate - Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - Melatonin.
