Cryotherapy (action by the cold) has existed since ancient times.
It helps to relieve pain of inflammatory origin.
ARNICA Montana is a perennial plant in mountainous regions.
It is traditionally used for centuries to treat the pains related to a shock (bruises, bumps ...) and muscular fatigue (cramps, aches, ...) but also used in herbal medicine for its calming and soothing virtues on the skin and articular and tendinous genes.
Its external use is approved to reduce bruising.
How to use it
Shake the aerosol before use.
Apply the product by spraying for up to 3 seconds and by fast sweeping and at a minimum distance of 15 cm avoiding icing.
In case of icing, immediately stop spraying. Do not swallow.

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if heated. If a doctor is consulted, keep the container or label available. Keep out of reach of Children. Read the label before use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, Nude flames and all other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not spray on a Nude flame or any other source of ignition. Do not puncture or burn, even after use. IF IN EYES: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not use for purposes other than those for which the product is intended. Use and store only in well-ventilated areas. Do not spray for prolonged periods.
