How to use it
Oligobs Grossesse must be taken in conjuction with a balanced and varied diet, and a healthy lifestyle. In case of confirmed deficiencies, especially in iron, only your physician is able to prescribe an appropriate treatment.
Take one tablet a day with a glass of water. Use Oligobs Grossesse from the time you wish for a pregnancy, and throughout the pregnancy.
Requirements in Omega 3 increase towards the end of pregnancy. It is therefore recommended to switch to Oligobs Grossesse Omega 3 as of the 4th month of pregnancy.
Compositions & ingredients

Tablet: Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium carbonate, iron bisglycinate (antioxidant: citric acid, medium: maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silica), magnesium oxide ,, zinc oxide, coating agents (media: HPMC, microcrystalline cellulose , dyes, titanium dioxide and potassium aluminum silicate, emulsifier: stearic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and mono-diglycerides of fatty acid, copper gluconate, vitamin B12, sodium selenate, vitamin B6, B1, D3 , B2, B9, potassium iodide, vitamin B8.
