Omega 3 are so-called essential fatty acids because they are essential for the proper functioning and development of the body.
However, many studies show that we consume more omega 6 (mainly derived from animal fats) than omega 3 (mainly derived from fish fats). According to the national recommendations this ratio should be close to 4 whereas currently it would be rather close to 10.

How to use it
Oral: 1 to 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water during a meal preferably.
