How to use it
Easily mixes with everyday products such as tea, fruit juice, coffee, yogurt, compote or puree.
For optimal dissolution, pour the powder of an Optifibre sachet in about ¼ liter of liquid (tea, coffee, juice, soup) or in a dish like mashed potatoes, yogurt, compote, and mix until completely dissolved.
Do not mix with soft drinks.
One sachet contains 5 g of Optifibre.
Maximum daily dose: 4 sachets of Optifibre in adults to be distributed over the day and 1 sachet in children.
In adults, start with 1 sachet per day and, if necessary depending on your personal sensitivity, increase gradually one sachet per day every 3 days.
