100% pure and natural virgin oil obtained by cold pressing the pulp of Persea Gratissima.
Avocado is a fruit that contains a whole range of Vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, H, K, PP. It is very rich in unsaponifiable matter (3 to 8% depending on the Origins). Avocado oil has been used since the dawn of time by the Aztecs in cooking.

Main polyunsaturated essential fatty acids: Linoleic acid (C18:2): 6 to 20% Alpha-linolenic acid (C18:3): max 3% Main monounsaturated fatty acids: Palmitoleic acid (C16:1 ): 1 to 12% Oleic acid (C18:1): <0.1% Eicosenoic acid (C20:1): 50 to 75% Erucic acid (C22:1): max 1% Main saturated fatty acids: Lauric acid (C12:0) Myristic acid (C14:0): max 2% Palmitic acid (C16:0): <0.1% Margaric acid (C17:0): 5 to 25% Stearic acid (C18:0): <0.1% Arachidic acid (C20:0): max 3% Behenic acid (C22:0): max 1% Lignoceric acid (C24:0): max 1%

This oil crystallises at temperatures below 10°C. Run hot water over the bottle to liquefy the oil if necessary
