Originally from China, Bergamot is a member of the Rutaceae botanical family, which includes all the citrus fruits: Lemon, Mandarin, Grapefruit and Orange. The cold-expressed Essence from the zest has a subtle, very pleasant citrus scent, and when diffused in the air, it is a favourite. A natural Perfumes: 3 drops HECT Bergamot + 1 drop HECT Frankincense + 1 drop HECT Sandalwood + 2 drops HECT Mandarin + 100 drops Jojoba plant oil or Apricot Kernel plant oil.

How to use it
Applied to the skin: 3 to 4 drops on the arch of the foot, the inside of the wrists, the solar plexus or on either side of the spine. A natural Perfumes: 3 drops of bergamot, 1 drop of frankincense, 1 drop of sandalwood, 2 drops of mandarin and 100 drops of jojoba plant oil.
Oral route: - Skin: ++++ (!) Diffusion by air: ++++ Inhalation aerosol: - +++++ = highly recommended - (!) use with caution
