Organic Black Spruce Essential Oil is a powerful nerve tonic, reputed to relieve fatigue and tiredness, stimulate the immune system and is ideal for combating Ear-Nose-Throat infections such as colds, sinusitis and bronchitis. It is also used for its purifying properties. Stimulating, Black Spruce essential oil is ideal during the winter months.

How to use it
Nerve stimulant : Cutaneous :
Black Spruce essential oil: ........... Goutte Mix with a small amount of apricot kernel or hazelnut oil and massage into the lower back once or twice a day.
Sinusitis : By the skin: Black Spruce essential oil: ...........15 Drops Niaouli essential oil: ............15 Drops Mix with 30 ml of apricot kernel or hazelnut oil. Massage 2 drops of the mixture into the sinuses morning and evening for 4 days.
For Diffusion: Pour a few drops into your diffuser. Allow one drop per m2.
