How to use it
Pour the water into the reservoir and add 10 drops of the "Bien Chez Soi" blend. Start the Diffusion and the mood lighting. Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and experience the present moment with full awareness of all your senses. Enjoy a few moments of relaxation and inner calm.
