With its long-lasting sensation of heat and massaging ball, the PURE HEAT® Joints & Muscles Roller helps soothe stiffness and tension in joints and muscles, and provides a relaxing massage ideal for sports. It's a warming self-massage to relieve localised areas (neck, shoulder, knee, calf...).
Its innovative formula, based on a complex of 14 essential oils and 2 plant extracts (Arnica and Harpagophytum), helps you relax and provides an immediate, intense and long-lasting sensation of warmth for up to 2 hours**.

How to use it
Shake well before use, then apply only to the targeted joint or muscle area. Adapt the amount of product applied to the intensity of the heating effect you want, with a maximum of 1 application per day, i.e. 1.2 g per day = 20 turns of the roller.
The roller's massaging ball is ideal for self-massage of localised areas. It can also be massaged in by hand if required. In this case, massage the product thoroughly into the skin and wash your hands after use.
