How to use it
Take 2 to 3 tablets a day: - 1 tablet in the morning - 1 to 2 tablets before bedtime.

Dried extract of Holy Basil titrated to 10% tannins 1200 mg Dried extract of Griffonia providing 30% 5-HTP 600 mg Dry extract of Bacopa titrated to 25% bacosides 120 mg
