How to use it
2 capsules a day, preferably taken at the start of a meal with a glass of Water. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Ingredients per capsule: Fish oil (500 mg, of which 30% EPA and 20% DHA), shell: 5 fish gelatine, glycerol, Colouring: copper chlorophyllin complex), nano silicon dioxide anti-caking agent, selenium-enriched yeast, vitamin E.
Carmazine may have undesirable effects on activity and attention in children. Selomega is not recommended for use in Children.
