How to use it
For adults, take one (1) to three (3) plant capsules per day, preferably with meals, or as recommended by a therapist. Follow directions for use.
Store away from heat, light and moisture. Do not leave within the reach of children. Do not take during pregnancy unless advised by a therapist.
Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Each plant capsule provides: Milk Thistle raw plant powder: 300mg Standardised Milk Thistle plant and seed extract (total flavonoids, including silymarin 140mg): 175mg Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose): 121mg Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate*: 9.5mg Binding agent (microcrystalline cellulose): 1mg PhytO²X base powder (beta6carotene and vitamin C): 500µg *From vegetable stearic acid.
