How to use it
Chronodorm Flash is sprayed under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime.
Helps you fall asleep more quickly thanks to melatonin: 4 to 6 sprays.
Helps reduce the effects of jet lag thanks to melatonin: 2 sprays the day before departure, then 2 sprays on the day of arrival and for the next few days.

Ingredients : Orange blossom Hydrosol (Citrus aurantium L.); Water; Stabiliser: Glycerine; Hydroalcoholic extracts: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Melatonin; Natural grapefruit flavour; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Thickener: Xanthan gum; Preservatives: Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate.
For adults only. Keep out of reach of Children. Follow the precautions for use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume if you are known to be sensitive to any of the constituents.
