The Chia seed are naturally rich in Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid intake: 1.7 g per daily portion), high in fiber and vegetable protein source. This small seed, black or sometimes white, has the size of linseed or sesame seeds. It comes from a herbaceous plant of the same family as mint or sage (Lamiaceae).
Originally from Mexico and Guatemala, it was the basis of pre-Columbian Mayan and Aztec food. It was considered an essential food. They valued this seed to the point of making offerings to their gods.
The Chia seed is also a major plant sources of Omega 3 essential fatty acids that our body needs but can not produce itself.
Chia SUPERDIET seeds are grown according to the principles of organic farming regulations. They are grown outdoors and then harvested, sorted and cleaned.

How to use it
Shake the bag.
Take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily (about 4.5 to 9 g / day) to mix in the food of your choice such as a yogurt, in two takes.
Per shot: 1 teaspoon (about 4.5 g) to mix in a yoghurt.
Close the bag tightly after opening.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
