How to use it
Oral way.
- Adult and child from 6 years : Take 1 capsule a day , to swallow with a large glass of water during the meal, ideally at breakfast.
It is possible to open the capsule to incorporate lactic ferments into the diet (dessert cream, compote, milk dessert ...) especially for children.
