How to use it
Apply twice a day in a thick layer to cleansed, dry areas of the face and body. Apply directly to psoriasis lesions, massaging gently. Can be used to replace dermocorticoids.
SOME DAILY USE TIPS
In the shower:
- Prefer showers to baths, avoiding showers that are too hot (<36°C).
- Do not shower or bathe for too long (20 minutes maximum).
- Choose soap-free Skincare products
Topialyse Cleansing Oil (with Perfumes) and Topialyse Cleansing Balm (without Perfumes) contain no soap.
After your Shower :
- Pat skin dry with a soft towel
- On psoriatic lesions: apply Psoriasis Xerial DM
- For the rest of the body: use your usual moisturiser. Xerial 10 Lait moisturises and smoothes the skin.
Although psoriasis causes itching, it's important to try not to scratch your psoriasis lesions. 5 minutes of scratching can reactivate psoriasis for up to 3 weeks3.
Stress is one of the factors that can encourage the appearance of psoriasis lesions.
But it is not in itself the direct cause. So it's important to avoid stressful situations, and when you feel that stress is getting the better of you, there are ways of calming yourself down, such as meditation, relaxation or sophrology.

Do not use for more than 30 days.
Warning and precautions for use: PSORIASIS XERIAL DM is for external use only. In the event of persistent problems, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This product must be kept out of the reach of Children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the tube. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Keep for 12 months after opening. Store between 4°C and 22.5°C.
Contraindication: do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. PSORIASIS XERIAL DM is not indicated for use by pregnant or milk feeding women in the absence of data. For adult use only.
