Intensive or prolonged physical exertion? Repetitive work involving tendons? Tenofort is for you. Tenofort capsules are a natural food supplement. It contains Spirulina, Ginseng, Glucosamine, Zinc, Iron and Vitamin E. Spirulina, its main component, is a microscopic algae rich in essential amino acids, beta-carotene and antioxidants. Tenofort can be taken as a preventive measure in preparation for sporting activities or following overuse of tendons. It is advisable to take 2 capsules a day for at least 3 months. One box contains 60 capsules, giving a duration of use of 1 month.
