PRANAROM The Essentials BIO Discovery Kit Contains: Peppermint 5ml + Ravintsara 5ml + Tea-tree 5ml These complementary organic essential oils are suitable for everyday use by the whole family. As the traditional use of aromatherapy has shown over the centuries, they can play a role in soothing everyday worries, providing natural protection and purifying indoor air. Peppermint essential oil is particularly good for digestion. These 3 'The Essentials' are organically grown, and each has its own specific characteristics:
Tea-tree essential oil comes from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, and its main aromatic molecules are 1,4 terpineol and γ-terpinene.
Ravintsara essential oil is also obtained from the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora. Its chemotype includes sabinene, 1,8-cineole and α-terpineol.
Peppermint essential oil is obtained by distillation of the aerial parts of Mentha piperita L., its chemotype including menthol and menthone.

How to use it
Peppermint: Peppermint is a key essential oil in the world of essential oils. It has excellent analgesic, anaesthetic, tonic and stimulating properties. This essential oil is excellent for relieving digestive problems (nausea, vomiting, indigestion), poor concentration and headaches. To tone up, simply apply a drop of essential oil to the forehead. Plus, it has a very pleasant cooling effect.
Ravintsara: Excellent for combating Winter ailments and other viruses. With its anti-viral, anti-catarrhal, expectorant and anti-bacterial action, it can be used by the whole family as soon as a viral infection breaks out: respiratory tract, urinary tract, gynaecological, oral and Dermatology areas. Ravintsara is therefore ideal for viral influenza, herpes, shingles, chickenpox and gastroenteritis. As a preventive measure, it is ideal for stimulating the body's natural defences. It also has a neurotonic effect in cases of profound nervous and physical fatigue or sleep disorders.
Tea-Tree: SKIN WOUND (DISINFECTION) 2 drops directly on the wound. FEVER BUTTLE 1 drop on the pimple, 3 to 4 times a day for 5 days. MYCOSES 3 to 4 drops massaged into the Skin / 3 times a day for 5 days. ACNE 1 drop locally on pimples / 3 to 4 times a day.
