How to use it
Harmony breast pump is a manual breast pump designed for breastfeeding women to express and collect their milk. The Harmony breast pump is designed to be used by a single person. Start expression with the stimulation phase: press the short part of the handle. Drops of milk are engraved on it. Press and release quickly several times until the milk starts to flow. When the milk starts to flow, switch to the expression phase: press the long part of the handle. This will create an air vacuum that will help the milk flow. You control the vacuum level by the speed of your movements and the pressure you apply to the handle.
It's up to you to decide the rhythm of expression that suits you best. Stop expressing when you feel that the milk is no longer flowing or when the bottle is full.
