VALDISPERT The melatonine is an hormone secreted by the pineal gland that regulates the awakening-sleep rhythm. The melatonin plays an important role in the process to fall asleep. The melatonin production can be altered by the age or because of jet-lag or rhythm of life changes.
Valdispert Melatonin 1mg 40 Tablets is a food supplement that helps reduce the time to fall asleep. Its effect is obtained by the intake of at least 1mg of melatonin before going to bed. The magnesium and the vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to reduce tiredness.

How to use it
Take one tablet 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed. Adults and children over 12 years old. Not recommended for immuno depressed subjects, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
