How to use it
Wash and dry your hands before and after using sanitary towels. Change your sanitary towel regularly.
Remove the paper strip that protects the adhesive part of the pad. Place the adhesive part of the pad on the crotch (middle) of your panties. If the pad has wings, fold them over the sides of your panties.
In the event of local symptoms, such as irritation, consult your doctor before using the pad again.
