How to use it
You can use Milical velouté :
- To anticipate or compensate for a one-off excess: replace the previous or following meal with : 1 soup + Vegetables.
- To anticipate or compensate for a few days of excess: follow one day of the Intensive phase of the Milical programme 3.2.2.
- For regular use, include the preparations in the 3.2.2 method:

How to prepare Milical velouté?
- Preparation with shaker: Pour approximately 200ml of cold Water into the shaker, add 4 shaved pods of Milical preparation. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Remove the lid and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at 600W.
- Preparation without shaker: Pour approximately 200ml of Water into a bowl and add 4 level pods of Milical preparation. Stir vigorously with a fork and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at 600W.
