How to use it
1 ampoule/a STEP 1: Shake the Ampula before opening. STEP 2: Break the tips off the glass. It is recommended that you use a small cloth to help you break the tips off the ampulas. STEP 3 : Dilute in water or fruit juice at breakfast (20cl)
