How to use it
2 to 3 capsules a day with a meal. Avoid taking on an empty stomach outside of mealtimes.
It may be advisable to take the capsules 20 days a month, for example, preferably on days of the week when the body is subjected to more intense physical, intellectual or professional activity, and to take a break at the weekend. In the event of sporting activity that exposes the body to oxidative stress, 2 capsules a day are recommended on the days before and after such activity, as well as on days of sporting performance.
