Quatrefolic®, 4th generation folate, is the most active and bioavailable form of Vitamin B9.
Quatrefolic® Vitamin B9 increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status increases the risk of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. Vitamin B9 also plays a role in the process of cell division, and contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, as well as to normal psychological functions.
Choline is an essential nutrient during pregnancy.
Choline also helps maintain normal liver function.
