External use
ON THE SKIN YES
Manuka essential oil can be used undiluted on slightly sensitive skin and applied locally.
- On sensitive skin, for children aged 3 and over, dilute preferably in a vegetable oil. Dilute 30-50%.
Massage gently and briefly into the areas concerned.
DIFFUSION YES
- Very pleasant to diffuse and highly antiseptic in the air, manuka essential oil is particularly recommended for this purpose. It can be diffused alone or combined with other essential oils, such as citrus, Lavender, etc.
- It can also be used for inhalation, a few drops in a bowl of hot water or in an inhaler.
It can be inhaled on a handkerchief or from a bottle.
BODY CARE - HYGIENE
- For regular mouth rinses, dilute 1 ml in 50 ml of a specific glycerine dispersant solution.
- To sanitise the scalp, 1 drop with your shampoo? Leave for a few minutes before rinsing.
- To reinforce your Intimate hygiene lotion, 2 drops in one dose.
