How to use it
For the perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over a teabag. Leave to infuse for 4 to 6 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the sachet to release all the active ingredients into the water. This Herbal Teas can be sweetened with a spoonful of honey, known to promote expectoration.
